 Has been the talk between my Japanese gourmet friends. I had no idea that it was from Spain, but when I was there last week, I made sure I ate lots of it!

 Doing some research, I realized it’s only been recently that importing it to the US has been approved. I wonder how much they go for…

spanish ham? it’s a big thing? how about ham my crazy husband has been curing in the fridge for 5 months?

Wow… Your hubby even CURES ham?! My goodness! What does he NOT do?! LOL…

It seems like these Iberico pigs are very popular. The flavor seems distinctly different as the cured ham. We have one more package left, so can’t wait to feast on it!
